Video. Stained Concrete Floor in Fort Wayne.

This project was previously covered with layers and layers of paint on a concrete floor from the 20′s or 30′s. We removed all the paint by shot-blasting the surface, fixed all the cracks, replaced some weak concrete, applied a thin white overlay, stained the concrete with a Kona Brown stain and protected the surface with a lifetime sealer that will require minimal maintenance and never need reapplied. This project is located in Fort Wayne, IN and was completed by the professionals at Nick Dancer Concrete. Below are some pictures of the white overlay before applying the stain and then after the stain has been applied. New pictures of the completed floor will be added soon.

You really need to be careful when saying “concrete repair” to customer as no concrete can be repaired after it has been cracked. Cannot grantee it won’t ever crack again. I like to use the word “patch up”
